Problem Solving and Budget Allocation of SMEs: Application of NCA Approach

چکیده
In order to achieve a specific result, firm’s problem-solving activities can be thought of as process that combines physical and cognitive actions. Its internal organization determines how information inputs are distributed among different task units and, the workload is distributed. We tested case study related Iranian small medium enterprises (SMEs). used NCA analysis creative state-of-the-art method with help R software evaluate data. According findings, six prerequisites must met in 50% level efficient performance: innovation at minimum 22.7%, CSR 30.4%, IT investment 56.7%, SMM 38.3%, product differentiation 11.7%, CRM 38.3%.
